Upon registration, we collect your name, business email address, and company name.
While using the platform, we record your searches, created lists, and interactions with the interface to improve your experience.
Our hosting providers record technical connection data (IP address, browser type) in their logs, for security and abuse prevention. Those logs are never used for profiling or advertising.
2. Use of Your Data
To provide, maintain, and improve Linkiw services.
To manage your account, subscriptions, and billing.
To send you important service-related notifications (updates, maintenance).
To analyze platform usage to optimize performance and user experience.
To respond to your support and contact requests.
3. Data Protection
All communications are encrypted using the TLS 1.3 protocol.
Passwords are hashed with the bcrypt algorithm and are never stored in plain text.
API keys are encrypted and are only displayed once upon creation.
Our servers are hosted in secure data centers with 24/7 monitoring.
We conduct regular security audits to ensure your data is protected.
4. Data Sharing
We never sell your personal data to third parties.
We may share anonymized and aggregated data for statistical purposes.
In case of legal obligation, we may disclose your information to competent authorities.
Our technical service providers (hosting, email) only have access to data strictly necessary for their services.

6. Cookies
Linkiw sets two cookies, both required for the site to work: "lw_session" signals that a session is open and holds nothing but an expiry date, never your credentials; "NEXT_LOCALE" remembers the language you picked.
No audience-measurement, advertising or tracking cookie is set, by us or by anyone else: no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no ad network.
Your sign-in tokens are not in a cookie: they are kept in your browser's local storage and erased as soon as you sign out. If you use Google sign-in, a script provided by Google is loaded on the sign-in and sign-up pages only.
Since both cookies are strictly necessary, no prior consent is required. You can delete them at any time from your browser settings; blocking them prevents access to your account area.
