Plans, credits, billing, cancellation and limits: the rules of the service, with no hidden clause.

1. Purpose and acceptance
These terms govern access to the Linkiw platform and the use of its services, whatever the plan subscribed to, including the free plan.
Creating an account constitutes full acceptance of these terms and of the privacy policy.
Linkiw is aimed at professionals acting within their business activity. The service is not intended for individual consumers.
2. Description of the service
Linkiw provides a database of Algerian companies, a filtered search engine, a conversational agent (Linkiw AI), a sales pipeline and, depending on the plan, an API.
The data comes exclusively from public and lawful sources: business registries, company mappings and the official websites of the companies concerned.
Linkiw evolves the platform continuously. A feature may be added, changed or removed; any significant removal of a feature included in a paid plan is announced before it takes effect.
3. Credits and quotas
One credit corresponds to one piece of new data collected for you: a company for which a contact was actually found. No credit is charged when a collection returns no contact.
Searching the database, opening a record already collected and having a message drafted by Linkiw AI consume no credit.
No credit is ever spent without an explicit confirmation from you inside the interface.
Credits are a monthly quota, reset every month on the anniversary date of the subscription payment. They do not roll over and give rise to no refund or compensation if left unused.
The number of Linkiw AI messages is capped per plan and per period. This cap protects the availability of the service for all users.
4. Prices, billing and payment
Displayed prices are in Algerian dinars, all taxes included, with 19% VAT.
Subscriptions are billed quarterly, payable in advance, for a period of 90 days from payment validation.
Payment is made online with a CIB or Edahabia card through the provider Slickpay, on the SATIM network. Linkiw stores no card data.
An invoice is issued for every validated payment and remains available from your account area.
Linkiw may change its prices at any time. A price change has no effect on a quarter already paid for and applies only from the following renewal.
5. Term, renewal and cancellation
The subscription runs for a fixed term of 90 days. There is no tacit renewal and no recurring charge: at the end of the term, the subscription ends automatically unless it is renewed.
You may therefore stop using the service at any time, with no procedure and no notice period, and with no further sum being claimed from you.
A started quarter is not refundable, even in part, including where the service or the credits went unused. You keep full access until its end.
On expiry, the account moves to the free plan. Your lists, leads and exports remain accessible; features reserved for paid plans are suspended.
Should a service interruption attributable to Linkiw exceed seven consecutive days, the subscription term is extended accordingly.
6. Nature and limits of the data provided
Data comes from public sources, cross-checked against one another and arbitrated by source priority. Every record carries a reliability score, visible before any credit is spent.
Linkiw commits to its collection and cross-checking method, not to the absolute accuracy of a given data point at a given moment: a company may change address or number, or cease trading, after collection, and Linkiw guarantees neither the validity of an email address nor that of a phone number.
It is your responsibility to check that a contact is relevant before any commercial approach, and to comply with the regulations applicable to prospecting, in particular law no. 18-07.
The data provided is for your own professional use. Reselling, transferring or republishing it as a database is prohibited.
7. Acceptable use, accounts and API
An account is personal. Multi-user plans state the number of seats included; sharing credentials beyond that number is not permitted.
API access is reserved for the plans that include it. It is subject to rate limits intended to preserve the stability of the platform.
The following are prohibited: circumventing quotas, massive automated extraction outside the API, reselling access, and any use that is unlawful or harmful to the service.
You remain responsible for the content of the messages you send to your prospects, including where they were drafted with the help of Linkiw AI.
8. Liability and availability
Linkiw undertakes a best-efforts obligation regarding platform availability. Interruptions for maintenance or technical incident may occur.
Linkiw cannot be held liable for commercial results obtained, expected revenue, or the use you make of the data provided.
In any event, Linkiw's liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the client for the current quarter.
Linkiw may suspend or terminate an account in the event of a clear breach of these terms, after notification and, where the nature of the breach allows, prior formal notice.
9. Amendment, governing law and contact
These terms may be amended. Any substantial change is notified by email and takes effect only at the next renewal for ongoing subscriptions.
These terms are governed by Algerian law.
Any dispute will first be subject to an attempt at amicable resolution. Failing agreement, it will be brought before the competent courts of Algiers.
